I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cozy neo-Victorian European style rooms were spacious and perfect for enjoying morning coffee with relaxing music. The service was exceptional. The location was superb, surrounded by a lovely outdoor garden, next to one of the best coffee shops, and close to the theaters. The dining experience was delightful, especially the indulgent pastries. The facilities were top-notch.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated in a cozy neo-Victorian European style with relaxing music for coffee in the mornings. The location was ideal, with easy access to the theaters, the Shakespeare festival, and one of the best coffee shops nearby. The service was top-notch, and the dining experience offered fresh fruits. However, the facilities could use a bit of improvement, with some areas showing signs of wear and tear. The price was reasonable for the overall experience.
